Round Spirals
Flat Spirals

This basic flexible conveyor System consists of a flexible stainless steel open flight helix which rotates within a stationary ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) plastic outer tube.
    The pitch and speed of the spiral creates a positive displacement of materials from point of entry to point of discharge.  An inner shaft is used to displace most of the void within the helix and inhibit the fall-back of material.  This is an all-purpose conveyor for a wide range of materials such as powders, crystals, flakes or almost any other free flowing granular material it is typically used to feed surge hoppers, filling machines, blenders and other types of process equipment.  It is efficient, quiet, dust free and easily maintained.
    This flexible conveyor System is faster than belt, screw or bucket systems and gentler than vacuum or pneumatic conveyor systems.  less costly than all of them and is completely sealed and fabricated to meet FDA, ASHA, USDA and 3A dairy requirements.
    Beveled edge spirals are also available for materials that tend to smear, cake, fluidize or separate.  They are also used for brittle or fragile materials.
